LIVE LONG & WELL
Living LONG is GOOD, however living long while enduring chronic health problems is not as pleasant as living LONG while in a state of WELLNESS. Most, if not all, chronic health issues are a result of premature aging of the body.
Preventing premature aging allows us to live LONG without being OLD. Biological aging is a result of what happens in our cells, NOT with the tick of the clock or when the pages turn on our calendars.
